What’s included in your espresso catering package?

Maui Wowi’s catered espresso service includes a full menu of espresso drinks (espresso, cappuccino, Americano, mocha) as well as a selection of gourmet syrups, sauces, milk choices, and sweeteners. We ask you to provide a 6- or 8-foot table (we can bring one if you don’t have one). All we need is two dedicated circuits for our espresso machine and bean grinder. We supply paper hot cups but we can use china cups if you provide them. Our servers generally wear black shirts and slacks, but we can dress according to your direction.

Can we use hot cups with our own logo?

Absolutely. We will use whatever cups you wish. You can print your logo on cups and cocktail napkins.

How many people can you serve?

We can serve about 100 drinks her hour with two baristas. We can add more serving stations to accommodate larger events.

Can you serve espresso drinks with alcohol?

Yes, if you provide the alcohol we can include it as an ingredient. We can also customize a signature drink menu. Check out some of our espresso cocktail recipes here.
