Maui Wowi gets up very early sometimes for corporate espresso catering events like this one sponsored by the Human Resources department at Lenox Hill Hospital in Greenwich Village, NY, last week. To start serving at 7am means arriving at 5am – to brew coffee, get our hot cocoa ready, and arrange our serving station. And we love it. The night before we were at Lenox Hill Hospital on the upper east side doing the same thing (with a different crew) from 9am to midnight. That’s the extra mile we go for our great clients.
