The holiday party season is coming, so if you’re planning corporate events, holiday parties for employees or clients, you’re likely starting to think about what to include in your event. A Maui Wowi espresso bar is a great addition to parties during the holiday season.  

Here are our 10 favorite espresso cocktails Maui Wowi can make for your corporate holiday party. Or we can customize a menu just for your party.

RumChata Espresso Martini:  If you’ve never had RumChata, it’s a great cocktail starter with a creamy cinnamon and vanilla base. We add 2 parts RumChata with a shot of espresso and one part Espresso Vodka.

Irish Martini: We’re mixing our Hawaiian espresso wirh Irish cream here, but we’re all about the melting pot of cocktails! The third ingredient is vodka.

Espresso Martini: The non-dairy version of the above – our Maui Wowi espresso, Kahlua and vodka.

Tito’s Espresso Martini: We’re big fans of USA-made Tito’s vodka (and it’s organic!). We start with Maui Wowi espresso shot, add Baileys Irish Cream,, Kahlua, Sambuca,  and Tito’s Handmade Vodka.

Wake-up Shake: This might just be our favorite: Maui Wowi espresso, milk, Tuaca (an amazing vanilla and citrus liquer) and vanilla ice cream.

The Truffle: For this drink we use cold Maui Wowi espresso, added to Frangelico and vodka.

Chocolate Mocha Latte: Maui Wowi espresso, milk, Kahlua and chocolate syrup. Served on the rocks.

Bronx Bomber: For those of you who like to live on the edge, we start with a double shot of Maui Wowi espresso and add gin and absinthe (but not enough to make you hallucinate).

Espresso Noir: Love espresso? Love cherries? This cocktail includes Maui Wowi espresso, Grey Goose Cherry Noir, amaretto, a touch of simple syrup and cream.

Grand Iced Cafe Latte: Ghiradelli chocolate syrup, Maui Wowi espresso, Grand Marnier, milk, whipped cream. Dessert in a glass.

Of course, if you’re a purist we’ll be happy to pull you a shot of our espresso all by itself, and you won’t be able to have just one.

Maui Wowi has been offering espresso drinks in addition to our smoothies for about a decade, but understandably most folks still know us for our smoothies and our Hawaiian theme.  We want you to know that espresso catering — including espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos — as well as cold-brewed ice coffee and hot coffee drinks — are an exciting part of what we offer.

This photo was taken at a Princeton University class reunion event for 400 people, where we provided espresso drinks for two nights in a row. if you look closely you’ll see a Hawaiian themed drink menu with offerings like Caramel Mocha Delight, CoCo Loco Mocha and Nutty Hawaiian. These are lattes with ingredients like Macadamia and Almond syrups along with shaved chocolate. The theme of this event was Hawaiian, but we also offer espresso menus that are more traditional for catered events like weddings, bar mitzvahs, corporate meetings, client and employee appreciation events and more. Our servers can dress in black and white or any attire that’s appropriate for your event,

 You’ll also notice that we use paper hot cups as our standard, however we can use china cups if you provide them. There was no alcohol at this event but if you’d like espresso drinks with Sambuca, Kahlua, Grand Marnier or any other cordial, just supply them and we’ll pour it for adults at a private event.
