What’s included in a Maui Wowi beverage catering package for an employee event?

Whether you choose our fruit smoothie bar or our espresso/hot cocoa bar, we provide a complete, turnkey service with professional staff. We arrive about an hour prior to the start of your event to set up. All we need is a work area (about 6 x 6 feet is ideal) and access to electric. We can set up in a conference room or break room, or even outside in a parking lot. When we’re done we’ll pack up quickly and quietly.

How many people can you serve?

We can serve hundreds of people an hour with our smoothies, shaved ice hot cocoa and coffee. We can make about 50-75 espresso drinks an hour. We’ll often combine espresso with brewed coffee and cocoa so there’s less waiting. We also have done many events where we set up multiple serving stations so we can serve thousands (yes, thousands!) of people.

Can we use custom logo cups?

Custom cups with your company logo area a great addition to an event. You can send the cups to us and we’ll prep them in advance. We can also apply stickers to generic cups to promote an event.
